Dr. Castenada if you are reading this I want you to know you are the worst dentist I’ve ever been to plus I really question the authenticity of the positive reviews posted here. When someone posted something negative about you, you sent out a mass email asking your “friends” to post positive reviews about you to counter the negative review. That shows lack of integrity. I still have that email.\r

Dr. Castenada replaced my crowns and I complained several times about sensitivity. Your response was to make a stupid, ugly face and weird noise through your teeth. So when I went to see Dr. Felton, who’s on the same floor and is a fabulous dentist by the way, he adjusted my bite and the sensitivity went away. Why didn’t you offer to do that for me? And you claim to be an expert? What a joke!\r
\r
I think its an insult to all the great dentists out there to refer to Dr. Castenada as a Dr. so I’m going to refer to you as Becky.\r
\r
And for all you readers who are thinking of seeing Becky you need to know:\r
\r
Becky befriends her patients and is always hitting them up to invest in high risk investments that her “friends” are pushing and I use the term friends loosely b/c I don’t believe she has many. She has a reputation for doing this to many of her patients. It wouldn’t surprise me if Becky gets a referral fee. My regular dentist thinks that’s very unethical and I agree.\r
\r
One time Becky kept me waiting in the reception area, only to emerge 20 minutes later holding a new pair of shoes in her hands and asking me my opinion on the shoes. I don’t care about your dumb shoes!\r
\r
Another time, Becky offered to do Botox on me. She had just administered it on her face and asked me “it looks good, huh?” I wanted to tell her she looked like a freak, instead I told her I wasn’t ready for that. Then she had the nerve to touch my forehead and said “you do have some furrows here.” First of all, if I were to do Botox I wouldn’t go to a dentist for it and second of all I would go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon that is experienced in that sort of thing. But what nerve to point out my flaws when I didn’t even ask her to.\r
\r
My advice, go see Dr. Richard Felton - he’s a far superior dentist with great bedside manner. I get many compliments about my teeth. Oh and his rates are much more reasonable than Becky’s.\r
