Beware! I :scheduled and appt. with Corlew and waited during my time frame of 9 to 12 noon and no one called me to say they would be late. I called the office at 11:49 am and they said the tech would be another 45 minutes. I had already taken 1/2 day off work and had to leave. Rescheduled for next day and tech called when he was on his way. He said there would be a trip charge in which I stated I would like that waved since I waited 1/2 day for him yesterday. He argued with me and I called the office in which no one there was capable of handeling the solution to help me. They wouldn't give me the owners email and they wouldn't refund the trip charge. Poor customer service! My dryer is still not fixed! I will not use them again. Customer Service is key in any business.
