Don't use this company!!! Affordable price upfront. Initial installation looked good But - the whole system leaks badly between the gutter and the roof. And 2 downspouts leak. Rick came out to check it and stated he had ""thought there would be a problem"". I was relying on his experience and expected a professional job! boy was I wrong! Have called 3 (THREE) times and told each time someone would be out or they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL. I feel totally blown off by owners. No one ever showed up or called or returned my calls and I am being totally ignored. They do not live up to their Lifetime Warrany - ""We are so confident in our work and the high quality materials that we use that we back all labor and materials with a lifetime warranty. Now that’s something you don’t hear everyday!"" \r
