I've been training at AKMF 2-3x week for the past 20 months participating in kettlebell, combat fitness, core, and cage fitness classes. Every class is different and never boring. The instructors are great at motivating me based on my personality type and progress. The classes are small and each student gets the individual attention they need to comfortably ask questions. I can honestly say I've left every single class with the feeling that I got an intense workout and made progress towards my fitness goals. Even though I've gained (muscle) weight, I've dropped in shirt and pant sizes and my endurance is the best it's ever been. My only regret is that I didn't quit ""the big gym"" and come to AKMF sooner.
