I am a young, solo practice physician just trying to start a small practice and focus on patient care. I, unfortunately, have spent over 100 hours between me and my office staff, dealing with all the problems following purchase of an overpriced phone system. The problems included, but are not limited to: never porting numbers from our previous ATT account (costing me $450 per month for 5 months), selling us a system that was much more expensive tthan we needed ($9000) and not offering some of the important features I needed for my practice, and never adequately training my employees to understand the system adequately. Absolutely no customer support and no sympathy, even when I explained I am not able to come home on time to see my young children, because of all the time I have spent dealing with these issues. The owner, Brian Bush, seems like a nice guy, but I got the feeling after he made the sale, he really doesn't care to deal with anything else
