Two months after purchasing the car we had a family emergency and my wife was going to drive the 1000 miles to our hometown. She was going to take our Prius and as I was helping her get ready I realized that I needed an oil change. I had about 10 minutes before the service department closed so I got in and headed to Little Apple. Upon arriving, I told Jeff, service advisor, my predicament and he did not hesitate to take my care back and get it serviced. While it may seem like a small thing it meant a lot as it was one less thing to worry about as my wife was traveling.
