If you find yourself looking for a house, apartment, or duplex and notice that Principle Property Management is your renter, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Lawn maintenance was part of the lease. However, in order to get their lawn crew (which was a 16-year old boy) to mow the lawn, it required multiple requests to their office. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests, if they even respond at all. And if you have complaints about other tenants, expect them to fall upon deaf ears.
