My experience with Vadim Gorobets with Regent California Realty was the worst I have experienced I had ever had with a Realty company. We were approved to rent one of their properties in Tarzana. We declined to sign the lease agreement because of Vadim's arrogance, condescending ways, he made me feel as if I was a waste of his time since we had almost closed the deal to lease, spoke ill of the owner of the property and demonstrated that he was only after making money. \r
