highlights broke off/bleeding spots all over!!! I'm currently in beauty school trying to be a hair stylest myself, went to class next day my whole class ask me what happen to my hair i was seriously a lab rat everyone coming by telling me how terrible my hair looked :( felt sorry for my hair =*( !! If she came off attentive to how I felt and make some effort to fix what she had messed up I could have given her a pass n not post on yelp but she was such s bitch about it! After couple of times trying to reach her finally got her email to send her pictures of what she did to my hair and she replys back like nothing is wrong let it wash out?!?..she does not care at all after she gets that payment!! So sad my long hair had to be cut short because of her! picture are up the eyes don't lie!!!!!!!!!
