DO NOT BUY!! Do not trust any ""deal"" or discount this company uses. I bought a living social deal about a year ago for this company. It was 5 hours of cleaning for $85, I thought, what a deal! Not only did it take 4 months to finally get an appointment, because they changed their phone number (or conveniently enough posted the wrong number on the voucher). Once I found the correct number, it took months to get them to answer or return my calls. Finally, about three weeks ago I was able to reach Mr. Ed. Ed asked me if I was going to be a regular ongoing customer; I was completely taken back by this questions, because I bought the voucher, but I have not seen the work, how do I know if I want to continue service? I told him I only bought the one voucher, and could not say before the service. That is when he gave me a ladys name. To me, this sent an immediate red flag. Had I said I wanted them to come every week, would he have given me someone else? \r
Push come to shove, he stopped paying the lady, and when she quit, she gave him everyones numbers and told him to call to reschedule. I never received the call from Mr. Colleton. I attempted to reach him numerous times, and left multiple messages. I am still waiting on that call. \r
Do not waste your money as this is a scam. He is collecting the money, and outsourcing the work, but not paying the employees. \r
Living social refunded all my money and is investigating this matter further.
