I was in this store last weekend with my 2 teenaged daughters. They like to go in & play with the dogs. Usually I let each one pick a dog & we'll get one out at a time to play with. Well, we played with a golden retriever & my daughter took her back up & asked to see another dog. The employee said he couldn't come out to play, only if we were serious. Well, I (thinking that maybe that particular dog had been played with too much & that maybe she was just having an attitude since they were kids) went up and asked to see my daughter's 2nd choice. The RUDE B&$%* says in a snotty tone, ""Well, are you with them?"" I said, ""Yeah, why?"" & she said ""Well, you can only play with 1 dog unless you are serious"". I said ""Well, what if i'm not sure what type of dog to get?"" SO ridiculous, if I really were shopping for a dog & didn't know what I wanted, guess I'd be SOL! Guess if I didn't pick the ""right"" dog the 1st time, too bad! Completely ridiculous customer treatment!\r

Also, I had purchased a dog from this about 10 years ago. They claimed that it was an ""unregistered purebred austrailian cattle dog"". The vet said NO it was a mix & see didn't look like pictures of any cattle dog I'd seen. When I called the manager, they said ""well, we saw both parents & they were blue heelers"". What a rip off!\r

I can't believe this store is still in business...I won't step foot in there again!
