Audrey not only kept my client and me informed throughout the process but the listing agent as well. Trouble with the PMI portion of approval needed an extension of time for our finance contingency and Audrey was proactive with the listing agent/seller with assurances. Audrey was a saving grace at the sign-off when the title company hired an outside source notary to represent them who fumbled through the process, and Audrey was there to pick up the ball.
