Dr. Berkey saw my pet for six years until I had to have her euthanized because of cancer. My pet was a 13 year old Minpin and I loved her dearly. You would think that being a customer for six years Dr. Berkey and his staff would have called or sent a card to show their symphathy. I received nothing. I think he is a good Vet but he could brush up on his bed-side mannerism and at least pretend to be a little concern about the condition of your pet. Also, his staff needs to learn that retention is what drives your business to prosper, not always new customers.
