Horrible experience\r
I want to nominate Betty Valentine for the worst manager of the year award. We made a reservation in advance, met with this manager twice, and met with the chef. We also confirmed our event 3 days before. But when me, my family and guests showed up on the day of the celebration NOBODY EXPECTED US. We needed to wait at least 40 min to get the o’derves. There was no honey vodka ( what was planned in advance), no o’derves that we ordered. Instead we got some leftovers from the kitchen and different kind of vodka that people didn’t like and most of that was left untouched. No manager was around, no chef available. I asked to call the manager and tried to find what happened- she hung up on me. We paid the full amount and the next day I called trying to get an apology- nobody did. Asked to talk to the owner, but was told that he doesn’t exist. I asked to get the refund for cocktail hour ( food and drinks that we didn’t order). As a reply I just got the answer-NO. Can’t believe that happened to me in the middle of NYC. Still very upset.\r
