Have a disaster at your home? Don't use this Servpro!!!!! Their office manager, Julie, is mean as a snake and a LIAR! She is rude, obnoxious, billigerent and did I say - mean as a snake? She convinced us to return a job which was 1.5 hour each way away from us, stating that the house was ready for a re-install and when we got there the work had not been done yet! You don't leave nice clean electronics in a house that still needs lots of work. She just wanted the product delivered to the house and would lie, lie, lie to get us there.
