We at ROBERT MORENO INSURANCE.... constantly strive to improve our services,this statement (NOT BS)....... is false statement...... cause you leave ten fifteen messages to your agent that is assigned to you and you never get a call back and if you call and talk to someone they just pass you on to a damn voice mail so where is the customer service on that and if you want to talk to the owner his does not want tot talk to you or take any complains so us as the customers are not important at all i been trying to get my car fix for 8 days and not heard back from my adjuster that is assigned to me wow really where is the customer service and still trying to get my car fixed at the body shop i will get old and still not get a call back will never recommend them looking into dropping them for a real company that appreciates my business and not be left in the dark but will take my payments real quick ill give them one more day and SEE IF I GET A CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!! for those that say they are good wait till your car gets hit and try to get it fixed and get your adjuster to call you back don't think so but i will wait one more day see if it happens
