Extremely Rude customer service. I brought a package with a prepaid mailer to be returned. The sandy-haired man bragged about how he never charges customers to re-tape packages and how his customers like that. I returned 2 days later as he had not put the new mailer on the package and it came back to me. I merely wanted to re-send it. Instead, he got all indignant and said I was argumentative and that I had never been there with that package. I was further stunned when he told me I asked him to tape it up and never offered to pay for the tape or even thanked him for his service. I was told to take my business elsewhere! GLADLY! I have never been treated so rudely and I was stunned. I will NOT return.
