I am the owner of Renew Wellness Spa. I am displeased that you did not enjoy your experience at our spa. As this is the first I am seeing of these reviews, let me first apologize for your dissatisfaction. We pride ourselves on upholding the highest level of client care and do not like to hear that someone did not feel they were offered that level of service. As for the claim that our device caused medical injury, I am confident in arguing that is simply not true. This FDA approved device was designed to offer clients modesty and privacy during their service and each room has a beeper to alert the therapist at any time. We are glad to give as much personal attention as needed, but this device does not require constant attention. The insertion is about an inch and in the thousands of colonics we have administered, we have never had any claim that this device caused harm, other than normal discomfort that comes with natural detoxification.\r Again, we pride ourselves on providing upscale, high quality holistic care and I am personally displeased you feel you did not recieve that.
