This place is way over priced! I lived there 8 years, Gene is lazy, his wife is rude, I was forced to live next to a METH dealer, I was forced by threat of eviction to clean my space when others who had worse looking places were never dealt with, I left the space as I found it and never received my space deposit, (350 dollars) when I asked for it I was told to ask the new tenant for it because he needed to keep a deposit on the space.(cronyism) They raised the rent every year for no reason other then they are greedy pigs who make their money from extorting poor people. These people are scum and I would avoid them at all costs!! There are plenty of nicer cheaper places to live in Boise. Oh yea, I almost forgot, for 440. dollars a month space rent, they won't trim their OWN trees! 5280 dollars a year, per trailer and they won't lift a finger. Scummy, dirty, tailor people, this is Rustic Acres, I'd rather sleep on the streets. Fail.
