This company is the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. In dec. 2011 we purchased cabinets from them to be delivered in feb 2012. The cabinets were not delivered in full till september 2012. The were damaged, not all pieces were delived. The owner never returns phone calls. We hired a contractor to install the cabinets and had to pay him in full even though he didn't get to install the all because this company dropped the ball several times. Numerous days were taken to meet with woodlands people to resolve the matter to only be pushed off and the claiming that its not there fault. I believe I paid them directly and in full. \r

To make things even worse my mother inlaw decided she wanted cabinets as well. So before ours were supposed to be delivered she ordered all new cabinets as well. Well guess what it wasn't a one time thing. Her cabinets came damages multiples times. She too only got the run around as to when her kitchen would be finished. She too never got a call back from the owners. \r

The owner larry told my wife the were willing to give us a refund for the inconvience. He told her the had about $2000 the kept from the manufacturer. Well instead of a refund or a call back after several calls to them. My wife got an email that said they work really hard for us and dont feel we deserve a refund.\r

I would never refer this company to anyone. They are rude, the work is horrible, the go back on there word. No a nice business to deal with.\r
