I appreciate Shannon's efforts on my behalf to reduce the cost of a very expensive repair of my Jaguar's transmission. He called around to find a supplier with a lower cost for an expensive part and didn't charge me for having the car transported to and from the Jaguar dealership for programming of the transmission.
