Horrible service and response time. We live in Traverse Mtn and I'm not sure what is going on with their cables and systems up here but our phone line is CONSTANTLY down! It happens at least every few weeks and every time they say that it shouldn't happen again but nevertheless we are still in the same situation. In all my years growing up with Qwest phone service, I can never remember one time when the phone lines were down. Something must be wrong with the infrastructure here but they don't seem to care enough to fix it. It always takes days and days for a tech to come out and fix it and even then it's only fixed for a little while until the next time it happens again. I would never recommend this company. Unfortunately we are stuck with them because of an illegal backroom deal the developer made with this company to be the only provider for our area. So we can't even hold them accountable and switch providers. Needless to say we are very, very frustrated with Veracity. Do yourself a favor and choose a different provider!
