My brother works at Smash Burger and he told me NEVER NEVER get anything fried at night. They dip the chicken in the same batter they use for fried pickles and fried onions. He even told me that there was a time or two when the cold storage for the chicken wasn't even plugged in. So not only did the chicken sit out all day, they still kept serving it and dipping it in the same batter as other fried items. Can we say food poisoning. Tell errbody!!
