I do not blame them for charging you 3% to help pay for your Sky Miles. That really should be your expense and not theirs. Also any service repair company AIN'T going to charge you anywhere close to Hardware Store prices unless they are ignorant to assertive business practices. It sounds like you bought a cheap door from a company who soon went out of business. You got what you paid for. Truth of the matter is that you may go over one cost right after another with this door and that can be expensive. You might want to go with more reputable companies next time.
