Check their Better Business Bureau Rating! Terrible results and even worse customer service. I bought 10 sessions of laser hair removal to Enlighten through a groupon, and ended up purchasing additional sessions on my first visit to redeem my groupon. I paid every month on time per the agreement, but 9 months later, I moved out of state unexpectedly. I tried to call Enlighten to negotiate the terms of my contract (reduce the payments, etc). Not only did it take weeks of effort on MY part to get a hold of someone who could help me, but everyone I spoke with was incredibly rude, resistant to assist me, and used phrases like ""You're attacking me,"" and ""Whining won't get you out of this contract."" Totally unprofessional. I haven't seen any results from my hair removal, nor have any of my friends who also purchased the groupon. I'm appalled that Groupon has done any business with this company, and cannot believe that they are still in business.
