Statewide Auto Sales is definitely one of the BEST used car dealerships in California. I had been shopping around for my first car for many weeks & kept hitting brick walls. Literally every other dealership that I visited while shopping for my car showed little to no care for their cars & only cared about selling their vehicle. None of them cared about the cars OR the customers. But that all ended when I picked up the phone & called Statewide Auto Sales. I first spoke with Sam who was very friendly & helpful which was unusual because I had gotten used to dealerships being dismissive with me over the phone. This kind of customer service automatically made me pay attention. The day after my initial call I got follow up calls from Sam letting me know that if I had any questions or uncertainties to give him a call. And when I finally decided to visit Statewide, I was assured that I made a good decision when I met David. He is one of the most honest & genuine Auto Sales dealers you will meet...period. It was probably over 90 degrees out when I visited & he automatically offered my father some water & a seat in an air conditioned room while I test drove the car. That clearly showed me the kind of character I was dealing with & it helped me make my decision for the 2000 Mercedes ML320 on his lot. You can't go wrong calling or visiting Statewide Auto Sales because they will definitely do whatever they can.
