WARNING!!!! Do not use this company. We had some work done in our home on our A/C. It was not clear, at the time of service, if it was warranty covered... so we paid full price. David said it had to be less than 5 years old and that if we could prove that he would submit it for warranty. We submitted all of the paperwork to Austin Air Management showing that it was installed less than 5 years prior. We have not received a refund for warranty and we have not received a statement from the manufacturer that it was not under warranty. We have contacted David about this every two weeks by phone or email for a period of 2 months with no refund.
