I would not recommend this business to any one. I called first to tell them about the piece i wanted tailored for my son and was given a fair price of $10-$15 for the item. I drove to the address and paid for parking (they're located downtown). Walked about 4 blocks in 40 degree weather and wind with my 9 month old son. When i got there and showed her what i wanted tailored, she laughed in my face. She said it would cost $40-$60 and it would be pointless to have it tailored. She then went back to her desk and ignored me. I walked out without her even saying good bye. Terrible customer service and a ""bait and switch"" on the price. BUYER BEWARE
