Rentals range from new and excellent quality to very old poised for failure. Old faulty rentals and poor customer service is a horrible combination. Product orientation and reception are very poor and almost cold. As you stand in line the receptionist will answer multiple phone calls, help other customers, walk away from the desk etc.. First come, first service is not the basis of service they follow here. In my case their product failed, I wasted a day and they were not very willing to work with me to resolve the issue.
