Phil Syverson is a sales person that you do not want to deal with. In my honest opinion I would just not deal with Rapid Chevrolet. I am happy with the deal that I got on my new vehicle, but Phil Syverson is a rip off. Phil said he would pay for the chip in the windshield and never lived up to his words, I had to pay for it. At first Phil, said he was not going to fix the chip in the windshield with how much was paid for the vehicle, but after attempts of asking him he said he would and did not. Phil even told me to take the vehicle to my hometown glass repair and he would pay for the chip and did not.Phil is a horrible sales person, he is a rip-off, and will lie to you. Rapid Chevrolet is not a place to deal with. I am not happy with them.
