New Year's holiday weekend and we needed a plumber for our home in Grand Rapids to fix a clogged main drain. I was concerned about it being a holiday weekend, but didn't have a choice since we had water backing up in the basement. Roto-Rooter was on site within 2 hours and fixed the problem right away! Price was extremely reasonable and the service was spot on. Hoping it won't be needed any time soon, but if i do need another emergency service, I would not hesitate to call them again. I think it was George (# 88) who helped us. Sorry I didn't confirm his name, but he was great very helpful and explained what he was doing and what to look for in the future. Thanks guys!
