I have had State Farm for years, and have been very happy with them. HOWEVER, In the process of moving to a new area, I needed a new agent so I met with Jim.
IT WAS THE WORST HOUR OF MY LIFE. Besides the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time, he was rude, cut me off, and clearly was not interested in me as a person but as a bit of commission. He made several rude comments about my age, my appearance, and my inteligence. It is a wonder to me that this man is in a business where you are supposed to be able to kindly relate to people.
Do yourself a favor and get a different agent.
