We have experienced the absolute worst experience with purchasing furniture from York Gallery. Their customer service from the store after a sale is deplorable. We purchased a Lazy Boy Collection ( custom sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs). We paid extra for the custom fabric and waited the full 8 weeks for delivery. Upon delivery the 2nd chair was missing and our salesperson (David) had not completed the correct paperwork to the factory. The custom chair we did receive was not properly cushioned and we had to call York to report the issues. An upholsterer was sent out to our home to access the chair. He agreed the chair is defective and he said the bottom would need to be reordered. In the meantime, a matter of a couple of weeks later from reporting the chair, the seam on the back of the loveseat was unraveling. We still are awaiting the arrival of our 2nd chair that had been promised to be delivered to us by Christmas. That never happened. We never get the same answer twice
