Horrendous service. I took my car in for a replacement battery. After about 2 weeks I was stranded and the car wouldn't start. I had a tow truck come take me back to pep boys. They swapped out the battery for a new one and the mechanic broke all the bolts inside the car. He tried to cover this up but I noticed it right away when they returned the car to me. I complained to the manager who obviously did not care. 2 weeks later, and this morning I was stranded again. Buyer beware, they will never touch my car again.
