Stated fixed leak in tub-was not fixed. Called and was waiting to show up two times and did not show-this after waiting for them over an hour. When asked why they didn't show they said they had an emergency. I can understand an emergency but they could have least called to let us know. They finally came back and fixed the problem but charged for labor. On the plus side they were really nice.
