The insurance agent tried to make me sign for a policy I didn;t want. He charged my credit card for a life insurancy policy I did not agree on yet, I hadn't even finished my physical and I was charged. I asked him to send me a copy of my policy and he sent it to the wrong address and didn't bother to send me another one until I called and asked. Everytime I emailed or left a voicemail to ask him why he was charging me for a policy I didn't have yet, he would never respond until I got really upset. So about 5 emails later. He had me cancel my husband's life insurance at work because he told me he could give us way more coverage for same price but that never happened. He took advantage of us because we are young so he probably figured we wouldn't catch on nor say anything about it. Very bad service!!!!!
