I just called Official Pest Prevention and was terrified by their Ugly customer service!!! They were very bad with me over the phone, did not want to listen to me at all. Just told me that I signed contract (which they lied me about when I signed it) and they will call a collection agency. and HANG UP!!!! \r
Here the story from the beginning. About 1 year ago someone knocked on my door and sold me 1 year contract which I paid in full when I signed it. They told me it will be for 1 year and that is it.\r
Now when the contract is over they bill me for additional 2 services when I did not get them. It was only 1 unapproved service when I was not at home and there was only my mom who do not speak English and tried to stop them but they told her that it is under contract (she understand some). \r
NOW they ask to pay for TWO services ($175) what was almost what I paid for whole year. DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!!
