Recently, I went to a wedding catered by Chef Roland. I don't usually leave reviews but his food was fabulous. The hot hors d'oeuvres were excellent with an assortment of about 15 different ones. His servers were wonderful and very helpful. The dinner itself was so good I wish I could go back for more. Spinach risotto, roasted potatoes (the best I have ever had), mixed vegetables, chicken piccata and roast beef were cooked perfectly. If I ever need a caterer I would hire him.
