She prescribed pain meds and stated we would have to come in monthly for refills (I guess so they could charge for the office visit). She had no accountability for the way she treated us and she never ever returned phone calls. Finally after numerous calls and letters, the owner, Dr. Wendelburg finally called us after our dog had passed away. Never apologized or indicated he would look into the matter either.
