Definitely not satisfied with my Apollo Spa purchase. After paying $10,000 for a new hot tub, I expected alot better. After waiting 4 weeks for our new tub to be manufactured, it shows up with our steps inside a cardboard box sitting inside the tub. From the travel, the cardboard box rubbed a dull spot in the finish of our tub. Definitely not thrilled, but it's below the water line, so I dealt with it. Next after owning it for 3 weeks it starts losing water. To the tune of 200 gallons in 7 days. They send a tech out who finds a leak and then fixes it. Here's where it gets interested. Before draining the tub, the tech takes an old dirty garden house that was sitting in our yard and throws it in the tub to attempt to unthaw it, to use the hose to refill the tub later. Definitely a poor decision as now our tub is full of dirt, grass, leaves, and other debris. The tech makes no effort to clean the tub, instead tells us to just run it and the filter will handle all that. Nice...further one more
