I loved the workouts with CFC, and would have continued if I hadn't moved too far from my bootcamp site. The process for dealing with billing and my account was frustrating. In the end to cancel my membership its taken several calls, with a different explanation from the customer service person each time. Great workouts and trainers, just needs a self-service online format for controlling membership.

I am so happy that you enjoyed our fitness program but am disappointed about the billing issues you had. We actually do have an online account managment system through our 3rd party billing provider.
