My company set up a program with Custom Fitness Concepts, LLC. after work from 5:30pm-6:30pm. There were roughly around 10 people in the class. What I really liked about it is that you could go 3 days a week or 4 days a week. I went for about 6 months, and I was in the best shape since high school! I had to stop because I am pregnant, but I am planning on going back.
The instructor is good about working with peoples skill levels. We had people who were total beginners and new to fitness, as well as advanced people too. The instructor is great about tailoring exercises to fit all levels. This class is great, it's quick and convenient.
