I never believe negative reviews. When people write such negativity, it usually because they didn't get what they wanted (medicine, a certain study, time, etc).
It's best to see a doctor for yourself and form your own opinion.
Sometimes doctors run behind because there was a patient before you that took longer than expected and usually its for a good reason (examples: a patient who had a loved one die that needed to cry it out, a patient who might be having a heart attack or stroke, or a patient who has been a victim of abuse that finally had the courage to speak up...).
Keep in mind that doctors and nurses are HUMAN beings too and yes, just like the rest of us, have bad days.....
