Have been there several time for two of my pets. I kept having bad experiences and thought they were having an "off-day". But it seems EVERYDAY is an off-day for them. From waiting for two hours even with an appointment to the hefty charges for mediocre service; I changed vets this year. Nice employees and "caring" vets does not equal good service.
