To cover a gap during moving to a new house, we rented a refrigerator for a month. It should have been a simple transaction, but it was not. They switched terms on us doubling our cost: a month shrunk to 4 weeks and they started the clock the day we reserved, not the day the fridge was delivered. The staff was uncompromising and belligerent. In the resulting confusion our deposit was never returned, and we're still fighting them three months later. It was a real hassle and we will never use them again.
