In my opinion, JCL Landscape is terrible. The owner, Brandon, talks a good game, however, was unable to secure the necessary designs, permits or provide quality work to build a retaining wall. He failed to do what he said he would do, and then he tried to keep thousands of dollars of our deposit money for work he never performed. There were problems trying to get the design completed, then his designer quit on the job?. It was an amazingly bad experience. There was trash left at the work site, poor workmanship and considerable heartache along the way. I had to get a Lawyer involved to get part of deposit money back. I have worked with dozens of contractors over the past ten year, and JCL Landscape is the absolute worst in my opinion?? \r

Avoid these guys; there are far better options available.
