Sent in a ridgid 5"" orbital sander before christmas that was smoking and not sanding at all-----took three weeks to get it back, plugged it in and it was WORSE than it was when I sent it to them! WTH! Can't put ANY LOAD on it and it set off my smoke alarm in 5 seconds----GREAT WORK there guys--I'm sure Ridgid loves paying you guys!
