There are several people who do the same thing in this community, using the exact same vendor, so it was a matter of selecting one whose reputation was such that it was the thing that was going to make the difference. One of the things I really liked about Mike Gregory and Express Sunrooms is that they didn't ask for any money upfront, and they only wanted to be paid if I was satisfied, which is very rare today.
