These folks immediately came out to the house, and fixed it on the spot. The cost of the in-house call + labor + parts came out to $255. All the other authorized Sony dealers would not come out earlier than 2 weeks, and they estimated their cost at $175 for just the call. The technician was pleasant and efficient. Our TV looks brand new with beautiful pictures and colors!
