I had them mount and balance tires and within weeks, one almost fell off while I was driving (I pulled over when I heard the noise and the car started wobbling) and two others were extremely loose. This included the wheel locks on the tires. There was damage to the rim because the lug nut fell off and the rim was rubbing against the screw. They (Tom the owner) refused to take responsibility for it. Also, my hydraulic jack managed to disappear from my trunk while it was there.
